After hour technical support: Lead Data Technologies (LDT) provides technical support to it's customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to our customers all over the world. After hour technical support, MTWRF, except holidays, before 8:00AM and after 6:00PM, or weekends, please follow the process below:

Step	Description
1.	Please call our office, 877-342-5538.
2.	Please leave a message in our after hours emergency mail box, 4.
3.	Please include the following in the message: Your name, call back number, company name and problem description.
4.	Our phone system will call the "On-call" support technician.
5.	Our support technician will call you back within 15 minutes
